Why haven't I received my Referral reward?
Pending payments
Card payments may be delayed moving from 'pending' to 'completed'. As long as the transaction was made before the deadline, you'll receive the reward, even if it's processed after the deadline.
Referral not eligible
The referee and business you refer have to complete all necessary steps before the campaign deadline. This means actions need to be taken within the active campaign window.
The most common reason for not receiving the reward is:
- The person you referred to didn't follow your invitation link. This is mandatory and this link must be used to sign up by the referee
- The invitee used the link outside the promotional period. If so, you won't see them in your active referrals list
- They didn't fully meet the eligibility criteria. If any of the requirements are not met by the referee, you will not be eligible for a reward
- One of the steps was rejected or reversed. All steps need to be shown as completed to be eligible

Creating multiple accounts or referring yourself is against our policy — the referrer and invitee must be different individuals.
