When am I charged my plan fee?
You'll be charged your plan fee as soon as your account becomes fully operational or on the date you change your pricing plan. Depending on whether your plan is monthly or annual, you'll be charged on the same day in the following month or year.
Allowances and billing start date
Both monthly and annual plan allowances reset monthly on your Business account activation date, or the day you switched to your current plan.
If you choose to change your plan mid-billing cycle, your new billing date will be the same date you change your plan. You'll be charged for your new subscription plan immediately.
Change where I'm billed
Your subscription plan fee is deducted from your default currency account. To change the default billing account in the Revolut Business app:
- Go to 'Settings'. Web: click the cog in the top-right corner. Mobile: tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
- Go to the Billing sub-menu
- Click your billing account
- Choose a currency account for billing
If your account balance is negative, it may be due to insufficient funds to cover your monthly subscription fee. If you have a stored card, we'll charge that card the equivalent to your plan fees after onboarding.
