Why is my ATM withdrawal pending?

A cash withdrawal will be pending once the transaction is authorised. If you received the cash, it should be completed within a few days. If you didn't receive the cash, the transaction should automatically be reverted after the date specified in-app.

We can’t revert or complete a pending withdrawal any sooner than this date.

How to check the reversal date

In the Revolut mobile app: 

  1. Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  2. Tap 'See all' to open your transactions list
  3. Select the withdrawal
  4. Check the 'Status' section to see the reversal date

If you have any issues with a withdrawal, you should always contact the ATM provider first.
