Submitting documents for a purchase insurance claim

When you make a damage and theft protection, return protection, or event ticket cancellation protection claim with Qover, it's important to provide all the necessary documents to ensure your claim is assessed quickly and accurately.

What documents are needed?

Refer to the policy's T&Cs for a full list of required documents, which will vary according to the nature of your claim and will be communicated with you by Qover. However, the documents may include the following:

  • Police report for stolen belongings
  • Repair invoice for damaged, repairable belongings
  • Proof of inability to attend a covered event for ticket cancellation protection

How to check your coverage

This is only a summary of the coverage. Revolut's purchase insurance is provided through Qover, not Revolut itself. Qover is responsible for policy terms, conditions, and claim handling.

If you have questions about the cover, contact Qover through this page or read the T&Cs by following these steps in the Revolut app:

  • In the search bar at the top of the screen, search for 'Insurance'
  • Select 'Insurance'
  • Select 'Purchase insurance' and tap 'Documents'
