What's changing in Premium and Metal plans?

In keeping with our commitment to provide our customers with the best plan benefits and based on feedback collected from our Premium and Metal plans, we have revised the list of benefits for these subscriptions. Here's what's new for customers in Cyprus and Belgium only.

You'll now have access to new partner benefits which you can explore already.

Travel Insurance will no longer be provided in the Premium plan as per the date on the communications you receive from us. Your travel insurance will be active until the date mentioned on our notification. In case of any difficulties, please reach out to us via our in-app chat. If you wish to use the benefits of Travel Insurance, you can subscribe to our Metal plan or our Ultra plan which provides Travel Insurance along with a number of additional perks.

We're also introducing a pricing change. However, we want you to have time to review our new benefits and so we're offering a notice period in case you choose to cancel your plan

You'll get all the info you need about new benefits and timelines for downgrading your plan to Standard without any cancellation fees before the new pricing is introduced.

You won't be able to remain on the old Metal and Premium plan benefits and fees. The new price for Metal and Premium will not change until the date mentioned on the communication you receive. Plus plan pricing and benefits remain unchanged.
