My child's account is locked after entering the wrong PIN

If your child has entered their PIN incorrectly 3 times and has been locked out of their account, you can unblock their PIN/CVV from your Revolut app.

Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  2. Tap on 'Accounts' below your balance
  3. Open your child’s '<18 account' in-app
  4. Tap on their card and select 'Settings'
  5. Tap on 'Unblock PIN/CVV'
