Why wasn’t my income sorted?

  • Supported transaction types: Income Sorter only works for bank transfers and personal transfers in your Revolut account
  • Same currency required: the accounts and Pockets you’ve chosen your income to be distributed into must be in the same currency as your personal account
  • Exclusions: this feature doesn’t support sorting income into <18 accounts or investment products
  • Inactive accounts: Income Sorter won’t process transactions if your destination accounts or Pockets are inactive
  • Threshold not met: if the received income is less than the amount you set to be distributed threshold, Income Sorter will terminate all distributions for that transaction
  • Deposit limits reached: if the deposit limit on a Savings account is reached, Income Sorter might fail to process the transfer
