What is Zapier and how does it work with Revolut Business?
Zapier is an automation tool that connects different apps and services, allowing them to work together without coding. It automates repetitive tasks by creating ‘Zaps’, which are workflows that trigger actions in one app when something happens in another.
To connect, go to your Zapier account and open any template. Click the Revolut Business app and select ‘Connect account’. Example use cases:
- Sending a Slack message when you receive a payment
- Logging transactions in Google Sheets automatically
- Creating invoices in accounting software when a payment is made
Can I automate and schedule actions with Zapier?
You can use Zapier to automate multi-step actions across different apps. While Revolut Business doesn’t have native scheduled triggers, you can use Zapier’s ‘Schedule by Zapier’ to run automations at set times, e.g. logging transactions daily in Google Sheets.

How do I disconnect or reset my integration?
To disconnect Revolut Business from Zapier you have two options: To disconnect via Zapier:
- Go to your Zapier Dashboard and click ‘My Apps’
- Find Revolut Business in the list
- Click ‘Disconnect’
Alternatively, log into Revolut Business, go to ‘Settings’, ‘Integrations’, select Zapier under ‘Automations’, and select 'Disconnect' to revoke access.
