What should I do if my bank feeds aren’t working?

If your bank feeds aren't working, try updating your credentials in Zoho Books. Go to ‘Banking’, select the account, click the ‘Gear’ icon, select ‘Update Credentials’, enter your bank details, and click ‘Continue’.

To refresh feeds, go to ‘Banking’ in Zoho Books, select the account, click the ‘Gear’ icon and select ‘Refresh Feeds’. Then, check if the issue is resolved.
