Will the other account holder be able to see my payments beneficiaries?

Your beneficiary list remains personal. When you add a beneficiary to your list, the other account holder can't see it, edit it or order a payment to it. However, if you make a payment to that beneficiary, the other account holder will be able to see the transaction as well as the beneficiary's account details.
