Documents for a closed account

If your Revolut account has been closed, and you need to request a document related to that account — e.g. an account statement — you can contact Revolut Support for the document.

If you’re unable to log in using your app:

  • Open the Revolut app on your mobile device
  • Dismiss the phone number login if you’re prompted
  • Tap 'Log in'
  • Tap 'Lost access to my phone number'
  • Follow the prompts — you may be asked for a one-time passcode, to take a selfie, or to take a picture of an ID

If you're still able to log in

If you’re still able to log in using your app, you can download the document from the app directly:

  • Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  • Select 'Documents & statements'
  • Choose a document and follow the instructions
