Why are my statement balance and in-app balance different?
To check your balance, go to 'Accounts' and choose the account you want to view the balance of.
If you think your balance isn't correct, make sure to update your app to the most recent version. Check your currency account statement to double-check your total balance across all currency accounts, and carefully review your transaction list to make sure your balance is accurate.
Download your currency account statement
- Go to ‘Home’ on the bottom menu
- Below your balance, tap ‘Accounts’ and select the desired currency
- Tap ‘More (...)’ and select ‘Statement’
- Select the timeframe, choose a document type (PDF or Excel), and tap ‘Generate’
The currency account statement reflects the closing balance (your available funds to spend plus pending transactions), while your app shows available funds only. Pending transactions are at the top of your currency account statement. For more information about pending transactions, read this FAQ.
Why is my in-app balance greyed out?
If your in-app balance is greyed out, your balance visibility has been disabled. You can easily reset this so your balance will be visible again. To find out how to do this, read this article.
