How long will Revolut hold my data?

We are required to keep certain personal data for a minimum of 8 years by KYC, anti-money laundering, banking and e-money laws. Revolut has detailed policies and procedures in place to ensure we comply with these requirements. We may keep your personal data for a longer time period because of a potential or ongoing court claim, or for another legal reason.

This regulation applies to all banks.

To check what kind of data we hold

  1. Go to your profile
  2. Tap 'Account'
  3. Select 'Documents'
  4. Tap 'General'
  5. Choose 'Subject access request'.
