If the lounge has difficulty reading your QR code, give them your 'Pass ID', which you'll find directly under the QR code on your pass. For guest pass problems, make sure their name is on the pass and you're presenting their unique QR code at the desk.

If you're trying to purchase a lounge pass for a specific airport, but it doesn't appear in the list, that means it's not one of our supported lounges.

Individual lounges could also have their own terms, and can refuse entry in case of capacity constraints, repair work, and other valid reasons, even if you have a valid pass.
