If a person reports having difficulty joining a group using a link‌, it's likely that:

• The link has expired (links expire after 72 hours)
• The person who was invited to the group tried to access groupbills.revolut.com without using the invite link

The best thing to do is share a fresh invite link with them. Confirm with the person that is being sent the link that they're following the instructions received in the authentication email, and opening the link correctly in the same browser that they used to log in to Group Bills previously.

Revolut customers have the option to disable the option of being added to groups. If you are facing an error while adding another Revolut customer, check if they have 'Allow others to add me to groups' toggle enabled in the 'Privacy' section of their app.
