I am placing a trade that'll bring my volume up to the next tier. Why am I still being charged a higher fee?

If you make a transaction that results in you moving up to a new tier, the fee that applies to that transaction will be the fee of the tier you are currently on, not the fee of the new tier you would be on after your trade.
