How do I add or withdraw money in my Flexible Account?

To add money:

  1. Go to the 'Hub'
  2. 'Savings'
  3. 'Add money'
  4. Choose the Flexible Account
  5. Choose the currency account to add funds from
  6. Enter the amount

To withdraw money:

  1. Go to the 'Hub'
  2. 'Savings'
  3. 'Withdraw'
  4. Choose the Flexible Account
  5. Choose the currency account to withdraw funds into
  6. Enter the amount
  7. It may take up to 2 business days for your funds to arrive

If you choose to transfer funds from/to an account in a different currency than the Flexible Account currency, exchange fees may apply if you exceed your plan limits.
