To open a Flexible Account, the business owner needs to complete the sign-up process and (if not already done when creating your Revolut Business account) provide:

1. CRS self-certification and FATCA declaration
2. A brief description of your business activity
3. Tax information (your tax residency and TIN)
4. Purpose of opening a Flexible Account
5. Legal agreements and acknowledgements

We're required to collect tax information under the Common Reporting Standards (CRS) in Lithuania.

When will my account be ready?

You can expect to receive a decision in 2 business days. We might decline your application for a Flexible Account due to various reasons, including but not limited to: business type, tax residencies, or risk assessments.
