Connect the Revolut Business app with BuchhaltungsButler

From your BuchhaltungsButler account:

  • In the 'Settings' under 'Banks and payment service providers', click the 'Add connection' button and then select 'Set up now' under 'Bank connection via finAPI'
  • Search for Revolut, accept the terms of use, and confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy
  • Click the 'Continue' button to access Revolut’s login
  • After logging in, you can choose the accounts you want to connect and then continue with the setup by clicking 'Close'
  • In the next step, select all bank accounts that you want to link to your BuchhaltungsButler accounts and then click 'Next'
  • During the initial setup, select 'Create new booking account'. This option will then automatically create the new booking account for you via the interface connection
  • Set the 'Import from' date. Enter the date from which you want to start accounting in BuchhaltungsButler and click 'Link'

From your Revolut Business account:

  • Go to the 'Integrations' area in your Revolut Business dashboard
  • Choose BuchhaltungsButler from the 'Accounting' options
  • You will be directed to the BuchhaltungsButler login page, where you should complete the steps outlined above
