Declined card payment isn't visible in the app
If you can't see a declined card payment in your recent transactions, the problem may be with the merchant. Revolut may not have received an authorisation request for these transactions, and therefore no money has been debited from your account. Here are some tips to try and get around this:
Check your billing address
You must use the correct billing address when making online payments. Your card’s billing address is your personal address.
To view your card’s billing address:
- Go to the 'Cards' tab
- Select the card
- Select 'Settings'
- Select 'View billing address'
Use a different card
- See your available cards or create a virtual card
- Add another one of your cards to Apple Pay or Google Pay
