Revolut Business cards offer multiple spend controls. To view your card’s spend controls, select a card in the Cards tab, click 'Settings', and scroll down to ‘Spend controls’. To make changes to spend controls, you must have permissions to manage cards.

• Setting a spending limit: set a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly spending limit for each card
• Single transaction limit: set a per transaction limit, so the card can’t spend more than the limit on a single purchase

• Permitted merchants: allow or block spend at selected merchants
• Permitted countries: restrict the merchant country where the card can be used
• Permitted spend period: set a timeframe for when spend is allowed
• Permitted categories: set categories for eligible purchases, e.g. ‘Cash’ for ATM withdrawals

For accounts linked to the card, you can choose which currency accounts fund your cards.

You can apply the same set of spend controls to multiple cards at once by setting spend programs.
