Card customisation

When ordering a card in-app, any card with the word 'Customisable' above it can be customised. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed during checkout.

How to customise a card

In the Revolut mobile app: 

  1. Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  2. Tap the card icon in the top-right corner
  3. Tap 'Add new' and choose 'Physical card'
  4. Select a design that's customisable, as indicated by the banner above the design
  5. Tap 'Get card' and you’ll be taken to the customisation area
  6. Choose a PIN, verify your address, fees, and hit 'Continue'

Certain card designs are prohibited and will be rejected. These include, but aren’t limited to, designs that show:

  • Profanity, offensive racial/prejudicial material
  • Nudity or content of a sexual nature
  • Political subject of any nature (flags, state symbols, etc)
  • Copyrighted content, e.g. characters/cartoons
  • Branded or trademarked products/services/logos including abbreviations, acronyms and symbols of any nature
  • Depiction of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, firearms, weapons, military equipment
  • Content which may be determined to be socially unacceptable or illegal
  • Solicitations, including telephone numbers or services of any nature, URLs
  • Depiction of or reproduction of any currency
  • Non-Latin alphabet
  • Religious content (positive or negative)

You’ll receive a notification when your design is approved or declined.

Card received without customisation

If you received your card with the incorrect design, please terminate it and order a new one in-app: 

  1. Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  2. Tap the card icon in the top-right corner
  3. Select the card and tap 'Settings'
  4. Scroll down and select 'Terminate card'
  5. Once the card is terminated, you can order your new customised card
