Statements for transactions

Transaction statements contain the following information:

  • Company name
  • Registered address
  • Account name and details
  • Currency account
  • Transactions from a chosen time range that can be filtered by your accounts, cards, currencies, and more

Download a transaction statement

  • Go to 'Home' on the main menu
  • Click the three dots '...' and select 'Statements'
  • Choose 'Transaction statement' and filter by date range, and if you want a signed and stamped document
  • Click 'Generate' to download a file as a PDF or CSV file, or share the statement via email (other formats are not supported)

Documents are in the language your Revolut Business app is currently set to in the 'Appearance' settings.

Getting your statement in Local Time instead of UTC

By default, all statements are generated using UTC times.

The 'Transactions' statement, when downloaded in the CSV format, can include both local time and UTC times of transactions.

  • Set up your chosen local time by going to 'Home', then 'Settings', and clicking 'Appearance'
  • Any future downloads of transactions statements will then include local times

Can't access statements

To download statements, you need permissions to manage accounts. Your account Owner or Admin can grant you access.
