Lost or stolen device
If your device was lost, stolen, or may be at risk, follow the below steps where possible to help secure your account.
If you don't have access to your account
- Tap this link to report a lost device
- Verify your identity with a selfie. You'll need a mobile device to complete this step
- Follow the on-screen instructions to log out from all linked devices, freeze your cards temporarily, and change your passcode
If you still have access to your account
- Open the Revolut mobile app
- From the home screen, tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
- Tap 'Security'
- Tap 'Lost device'
- Follow the onscreen instructions to log out from all linked devices, freeze your cards temporarily, and change your passcode
You can also complete the steps in the Revolut web app:
- Sign in to app.revolut.com
- Click 'Security' in the menu on the left
- Click 'Lost device'
- Follow the on-screen instructions to log out from all linked devices, freeze your cards temporarily, and change your passcode
