How do I open a p-account?

To open a p-account, contact us via in-app chat and provide us with the following filled-out request form, in either German or English:

How do I cancel a p-account?

You can ask us to cancel the p-account function of the account within the last 4 business days at the end of a month. Contact our agents via in-app chat to cancel your p-account.

The account which was garnished (became a p-account) will then continue to exist under the same conditions it did before it became a p-account. After this, you’ll be able to apply for a credit card or overdraft facility, if available.

You can request an increased allowance by asking a qualified third party to fill this form for you. Qualified third parties include social benefit agencies, family benefit agencies, and lawyers. Provide the filled, signed, and stamped form to us via in-app chat.
