Number transfers can be cancelled or rescheduled up to two days before the scheduled transfer date. To cancel a number transfer, submit a request in the app. To do so:

• Tap your mobile plan and select ‘Plan details’
• Select 'Manage’
• Select the number that shows transfer in progress
• Select ‘Cancel number transfer’

To reschedule a transfer, simply submit the cancellation request and start a new number transfer request.

If your eSIM isn't installed yet, you can choose to delay your plan's start date until the number transfer completes.

Otherwise, you can start using your mobile plan right away with a temporary phone number. Once your transfer is complete, your original number will link to the eSIM, and the temporary one will be deactivated.
