When are bills synchronised to NetSuite Bills?

Imports from NetSuite

  • To create a bill in NetSuite, go to 'Transactions', select 'Payables' and click 'Enter Bills'
  • Once created, it will appear in Revolut. It can take up to 1 hour to sync
  • If you want to speed it up, go to 'Integrations' in Revolut Business, select 'NetSuite', and select 'Bills'

Exports to NetSuite

  • Once the bill is created in Revolut Business and the payment is initiated or scheduled, go to 'Transfer' and select 'Bills' to track the status until it is 'Exported'
  • It usually appears in your Netsuite account within a few seconds
  • To find the exported bill in NetSuite, go to 'Transactions', select 'Payables', and then check the bills 'List'
