How do customers place and pay for orders?

When customers want to order, they can scan the QR code or tap the URL, and choose either Dine-in or Pick-up. If they select Dine-in, they pick their table number. They can then place their order.

Before paying, customers can review their cart and add a tip if available. They'll be able to choose their payment method and pay in one click. Once payment is made, the order is placed immediately.

You'll receive a notification and can either accept or refuse it. Accepted orders are sent to the kitchen or preparation area, and the customer gets a confirmation. If an order is rejected, you can copy the items to a new bill, and/or send a message to the customer.
