To issue a refund, head to the 'Orders' tab in your Revolut Terminal and select the payment you'd like to refund. A 'Refund' button will be visible.

In order to proceed you will need to insert the 4-digit pin code depending on your team management settings. Read this FAQ to learn more about team management and passcodes.

You can issue multiple refunds for the same transaction, as long as the total refunded amount doesn't exceed the original transaction value. This flexibility allows you to offer partial refunds to customers.

The refund will be processed within 5 business days.
