Proof of Directors structure
If we need your help to confirm your company's directors, your application menu will contain the detail of all documents that we can accept for that purpose. As a general guideline, we usually accept the following documents as long as they:
1. Contain the name of all directors of your company
2. Dated within the past three years
- Registry extract
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Articles of Association
- Memorandum of Association
- Certificate of Good Standing
- Audited annual report
We might require you to provide documents notarised as true copy of original by a notary. However, if any of these documents can be accessed for us for free, you can share the link with us and the notarisation requirement will be waived.
Keep in mind that the documents we can accept depend on the complexity of your company and/or the documents you’ve uploaded previously.
