How do my team members get access to the Revolut Reader?
Setting up team member profiles for your employees helps you manage your business more efficiently, and enables them to process sales using a Revolut card reader. Find out more by reading our setting permissions article.
Create a profile for them in your Revolut Business account and set them up with 'Merchant' permissions to manage sales. They'll then be able to use their account to log in and take payments using the Revolut Reader.
To invite team members:
- Go to 'Team' on the main menu. On mobile, tap your profile in the top-left corner, then go to 'Team'
- Click 'Invite'
- Enter the email addresses of the team members you want to invite
- Assign them 'Merchant' permissions to manage sales

To give team members access to the Revolut Reader:
- Go to 'Team' on the main menu. On mobile, tap your profile in the top-left corner, then go to 'Team'
- Select your team member's profile
- Click 'Role' and view the role assigned to the profile
- Select 'In-store' and toggle 'Create in-store payments' on
- Click 'Update' to save
