How do I set up Order and Pay?

Start by going to the 'Order and Pay' tab in your Revolut POS web portal. For first-time setup, click 'Get Started' to activate the feature. Then configure your store details. You can configure the following:

  • Accept orders: activate or deactivate ordering
  • Table ordering: enable dine-in
  • Pickup ordering: enable pick-up
  • Store info: set name and branding, in branding settings
  • Service charge: activate preset charge
  • Hours: review and update store hours, in location settings

You can then download your QR code as a PDF to print and display in your store so customers can easily scan and order. You can also share your shop’s URL. You can also choose which online menu your customers see when they scan the code.
