What can I do if I haven’t received a transfer sent from another Revolut account?

If you're having trouble locating a transfer from a Revolut friend, here's what you can do:

  • Double-check with the sender to make sure they used the correct details for the transfer
  • Take a look at your other currency accounts by tapping the 'Accounts' button just beneath your balance
  • Make sure your Revolut app is up-to-date

If you've tried all of the above and the transfer still isn't showing up, ask the sender to reach out to us via in-app chat.
