Please check our Fees page for countries where tiered pricing is available.

To see those countries:

1. Go to Fees page
2. Tap on 'Personal fees' for any plan
3. Go to 'Crypto fees' section

If you’re located in one of these countries, it's available to you on all plans (excluding Essentials customers).

No action is required from you to start benefiting from tiered pricing.

Once you place eligible trades, they'll be automatically counted towards your 30-day rolling trading volume starting from the date that tiered pricing was rolled out to your country, as stated in the Fees page.

You can see your 30-day volume in the app when you go to make a trade and how much more you need to trade in order to reach the next tier.
