I can't submit the requested documents due to technical issues with the app

The quickest way to resolve a request is to respond directly in-app. However, we understand that it may not be possible if you’re having technical difficulties. If you’re having difficulty with one platform, either the web app or mobile app, please then try the other platform.

Only account owners and admins can view and action requests.
