Why is my account restricted?

We may restrict your account if we need extra info about your business, identity, or transactions. In certain cases, we may also restrict your account to keep it safe if we detect any unusual activity.

The best way to make sure you don’t miss this notice is to check your email regularly for any communication from us. If you don’t respond to the notice we provide, or our request for more info about your account or business, then your account may be restricted as a result.

Issues with your Merchant account can also restrict your whole Business account.

As well as email communication, we'll let you know if we need anything from you through a banner on the app home screen. You can click on that to see our request. If this doesn’t work for any reason, you can also access the requests by clicking this link.
