My card has been used fraudulently
Report a fraudulent transaction and replace your card
If you see that unauthorised charges have been made with your lost or stolen card, report them as fraudulent payments. To do this from your Revolut app:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Go to transactions
- Tap the relevant fraudulent transaction and 'Get help'
- Select 'Report this payment as fraudulent' and 'Raise claim'
- Follow the prompts to enter the required information
- Tap 'Yes, order a card now' after submitting the claim and follow the steps to replace your card
Raising a claim will terminate your card so that it can no longer be used fraudulently. Once your claim is submitted, you don't need to take any further action. We'll get in touch about the progress of your claim.
