How to create team member profiles

Team member profiles are managed individually for each location, allowing you to assign employee details based on specific business sites. Only the account owner can perform the login step. After logging in, select the 'circle logo' at the top left to switch customer via passcode.

On the Revolut web portal, go to the Team section. Here you can add a new team member. There are no possibilities to edit staff members. To set up a team member's profile, you'll need to:

  • Enter their name
  • Select role
  • Choose a 4-digit passcode which they'll use to log in to the Revolut POS iPad app
  • Select the locations they will be part of
  • Choose the permissions they'll have access to (e.g. manager, timeclock, refund, discount, void items, or application settings permissions)
