Revolut Pro invoices

Invoices allow you to accept card payments from your customers. They can be much more detailed than payment requests. For example, they can include information about payment items and taxes, as well as payment links.

Create a Revolut Pro payment request invoice

In the main Revolut app:

  1. Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  2. Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
  3. Scroll down and tap 'Pro'
  4. Tap 'New Sale' and choose 'Invoice'
  5. Fill in the required fields
  6. Select the eye symbol to preview your invoice
  7. Tap 'Send invoice' to share the invoice with your customer

Cancel a payment request

In the main Revolut app:

  1. Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  2. Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
  3. Scroll down and tap 'Pro'
  4. Tap 'See all sales'
  5. Select the required invoice and tap 'Cancel'

If your customer has already paid the invoice, you can issue a refund from the invoice entry you selected. However, if it’s been more than 30 days since you created the invoice, it will have expired, and no action is needed.

Direct Debits aren’t available for the Revolut Pro account.
