Platinum Ultra cards
Order your precision-engineered, platinum-plated card — exclusive to Ultra — in-app. Your first card is free of charge as a part of the Ultra package, but you may need to pay for any cards you order later.
How can I order an Ultra card?
Go to Cards → choose '+ Add new' → 'Physical card' → personalise the card → follow the steps to order and pay for the new card, including entering your delivery address.
If you aren't already an Ultra customer, you’ll be able to upgrade while you choose and personalise your card.
How can I create a virtual Ultra card?
Go to Cards → choose '+ Add new' → 'Virtual card'.
If you do upgrade to Ultra, you can still keep using your existing cards as you enjoy the benefits of your Ultra plan.
Once ordered, your card will be sent by express delivery. You’ll get a tracking number once your card has been posted so that you can check its status while it makes its way to you. If a tracking number isn’t visible straight away, allow an extra business day after your card has been dispatched for it to update.
You can have a total of 6 active, physical cards at any time. If you already have 6 active cards before upgrading to Ultra, you’ll have to terminate one of them in order to have your Ultra card created and delivered.
