My friend added money, but I still didn’t get the reward. Why?

If the 'Add money' step is marked incomplete in your app's 'Invites' section, it may be because your friend:

  • Hasn't added money to their account;
  • Has added money in a way that doesn't count towards referrals: used Apple Pay, Google Pay, or transfers from other Revolut users.

To complete this step, your friend has to add money with the card or via bank transfer before the deadline.

For T&Cs go to 'Referrals' main screen → scroll down → 'Terms & Conditions'.
