I sent a transfer to the wrong Revolut customer
Transferring between Revolut customers is fast. Once the transfer is processed, we're not able to cancel it. If you sent money to the wrong Revolut customer, you'll need to ask the recipient to return the money as soon as possible. You can do it by reaching out to them via the chat between you both that is created once you send them money. To do this:
- On the bottom menu, go to 'Payments'
- Tap one of the contacts in the section
- A chat window will open, and you'll be able to type your message to the recipient of the payment there
The recipient isn't answering my messages
If the recipient isn't responding, you can request live support by typing 'Live agent' in the chat, and we'll try to reach out to them on your behalf. However, we can't guarantee they will respond or agree to return the funds. Without the recipient's consent, we're unable to retrieve the money.
