How to transfer funds from Revolut

Send a bank transfer

  • Go to 'Payments' on the bottom menu
  • Tap the plus symbol in the top-right corner
  • Select 'Bank recipient', 'Send international', or scroll down to search for your previous recipients
  • Follow the prompts to enter the required details

To add a reference to your transfer, tap the 'Reference' field located below the amount you want to send. If you're sending a transfer in a different currency than the recipient's base currency (the currency of their country), tap the downward arrow and select the appropriate currency from the list.

Revolut supports transfers to over 160+ countries and in 70+ currencies. However, we don't support transfers to some countries and currencies. You can find out more about unsupported transfers in this FAQ.

Timeframes

You'll see the estimated arrival of your transfer in-app before you send money. You can check this, and track your transfer, by tapping it in your transactions list. To check our transfer timeframes before sending money, go to this FAQ.

Fees

You'll be shown a detailed breakdown of Revolut fees in-app before you send your transfer. You can also use our tool to estimate fees for international transfers. We don't have control or visibility over fees from other banks. To learn more about non-Revolut fees, visit this FAQ.

Revolut fees for sending a bank transfer:

  • No fee for GBP transfers within the UK
  • No fee for EUR transfers within the SEPA region
  • Small fee for transfers outside the UK & SEPA region. Paid plan customers get discounts on international transfer fees. Find out more on this page

Limits

We'll always show you the minimum and maximum limits in-app before you send money. Unfortunately, these limits can't be changed.

You can send large amounts as usual. If we need any extra information from you to process a large transfer, we'll let you know.
