If you haven't received your crypto withdrawal, you can see where it is in the blockchain — simply tap on your transaction and tap on 'Blockchain hash'. Then you can select 'View my transaction'. This opens up the block explorer, where you can view your transaction details on the network.

Once a transfer is made on the blockchain, a transaction hash is generated. The transaction hash is a string of characters that's associated with the transaction. You can use the transaction hash to see the status of our transaction on the block explorer.

If the crypto is still not showing in your external wallet, verify that the selected network is the same as the network of the platform you are depositing funds to. If you select the wrong network, you will lose your funds.
