Refund plan fee policy

There are only three cases when plan fee refunds will be automatically given:

  1. If you signed up for a new plan in the last 14 days and haven't used your account, you can downgrade to a lower-priced plan and receive a refund as a separate transaction. You'll be notified if you're eligible when you start the downgrade
  2. When you upgrade to a higher price plan mid-billing cycle, any unused days on your current plan will be refunded instantly
  3. Your account is/was temporarily limited. We'll issue a separate refund transaction on the next billing for the days the account was not fully accessible

You can downgrade or upgrade your plan in the 'Billing' menu.

Support is unable to process refunds out with the above.
