Card transactions statement

To create a transactions statement for your card(s):

  1. Go to the 'Cards' tab in your Revolut Business app
  2. Choose your card
  3. Next to your transactions, click 'See all' and adjust the filters as needed 
  4. Hit the download icon in the top-left corner to export your statement as a PDF or CSV file

Why is my in-app balance different to my statement?

Your in-app 'Transactions' track the time when the transaction happened, whereas transactions on your monthly statements display the time they were completed.

A transaction can be pending for a few days until the merchant accepts your payment on their end, which means some transactions you make towards the end of the month could appear on your next monthly statement.

Exchanging currencies outside of market hours can also cause this.
