Transaction statements

Transaction statements provide a summary of transactions with applied filters. They contain the following information:

  • Company name
  • Registered address
  • Account name and currency
  • Transactions from a chosen time range that can be filtered by your accounts, cards, currencies, and more

Download a transaction statement

  • Go to 'Home' on the main menu
  • Click the three dots '...' and select Statements
  • Choose 'Transaction statement' and apply the relevant filters
  • Choose the date range. You cannot select a date prior to your account open date
  • Choose the file type. We support PDF and CSV
  • Click on 'Generate' to download the file or 'Share' to send it via email

Documents are in the language your Revolut Business app is currently set to in the Appearance settings.

Getting your statement in local time instead of UTC

By default, all statements are generated using UTC times. When statements are downloaded in CSV format, the statement can include both local and UTC times for transactions.

  • To set up your chosen local time, go to the Appearance settings
  • Any future downloads of transaction statements will then include local times

Can't access statements

To download statements, you need permissions to manage accounts. Ask your account Owner or Admin to grant you access.
