Need a hand?

You can download a statement confirming all your currency accounts and account details in-app. This is useful if you need to share your Revolut Business account details or prove your business account to the authorities.

To download your confirmation statement

1. Go to the 'Home' tab in your Revolut Business app
2. Click your profile icon in the top-left corner → 'Account & documents' → 'Statements' → 'Account confirmation'
3. Select the accounts, date range, and if you want a signed and stamped document
4. Hit 'Generate' to download a file or share the statement via email

We highly recommend protecting your statement with a password.

You can also access statements from your 'Home' tab → click the three dots '...' → 'Statements'.

Download documents in other languages

Documents are automatically downloaded in the language your web app or mobile device is currently set to.

• Web app: go to 'Settings' → 'App settings' → click 'Language'
• Mobile app: change the language in your device’s settings

Can't access statements

To download statements, you need permissions to manage accounts. Ask your account owner or admin to grant you access.
