Due to regulatory requirements, we need the original copy of the 'Escrituras de Constitución' (articles of incorporation) for all businesses, even if you already have an active Revolut Business account.

Keep in mind the following:

• We can't accept 'Copia Simple'
• We require the complete document with all articles (statutes), with the signature and stamp from the authorised notary
• Also upload original copies of any amendments made to the deed in relation to the legal name, legal type, or registered address of the business
