Need a hand?

Due to regulatory requirements, we need 'escritura de constitución' (articles of incorporation) for all businesses even if you already have an active account. Check the following:

• We can't accept 'copia simple'
• We require the complete document with all articles (statutes) and signed stamp of the authorised notary
• Upload any amendments made to legal name and registered address of the business on 'Registro Mercantil'

As a part of regulatory requirements, we need to collect DNI and NIE numbers from:

• Team members who are Spanish nationals or Spanish residents
• Directors and shareholders who are Spanish nationals or Spanish residents

• Identification number of a national ID for shareholders who are non-Spanish nationals or non-Spanish residents
• Notarised 'poder notarial' (power of attorney) for all applicants who are not directors
